Reeves of Orboros
So I picked up the Circle battlebox. Planning to purchase the following:
- Gorax
- Warpwolf Stalker
That'll take the whole mess up to 25 points. From there, Kaya has a tier list that uses Reeves of Orboros, but I've heard nothing but complaints about them. Sure, they're no Winterguard, but I don't think they're a death wish, either. What's the thought on Reeves?
Anyhow, this is what I'm toying with...
Kaya the Wildborne [35 points, Tier 4]
-Argus
-Argus
-Gorax
-Feral Warpwolf
-Warpwolf Stalker
Reeves of Orboros (Leader and 5 grunts)
Wolflord Morraig
- Gorax
- Warpwolf Stalker

Re: Reeves of Orboros
Reeves are genuinely bad. The only time I even consider them is in tier lists.
Woldstalkers & bloodtrackers will out perform reeves 9 out of 10 times.

Fair enough. What's your opinion of Circle's light infantry choices?
Bloodtrackers are doing ranged damage of 3d6+9, which seems amazing to me. I actually have yet to think of a drawback.
Wolves of Orboros look really cool, though they seem like the faction's "fodder" unit. Not being down on them, just guessing as to their best purpose.
Druids seem like the mascot unit for the faction - good anti-magic, good maneuverability, and a whole bag of tricks to draw from, made better with the Overseer. I'm thinking Druids are on most peoples' "auto-include" list.
Haven't quite figured out why anyone would take Bloodweavers.
I overheard a conversation about Skinshifters and a Gatorman Witch Doctor being a little silly. I don't recall the details, but ARM 20 was mentioned. Seems like an interesting defensive option.
