Summer escalation league for flames of war (Mid war)

Sunday June 3rd- August 26th, from 12:00pm-6:00pm @ Legion Games
and every other sunday @ Tower Games and The Source (same time)

I'm interested, but perhaps mid-war might be a better place to start.

If its Mid war or Late war, I'm all ears. Unfortunately, I really don't have much of anything for Early war, nor do I want to pick up things like Pz.1 and Pz.3 in order to play in it.

We can make it Mid war, no problem with that. I thought for it we start at 1000, then next month have it 1500 then finish at 2000. I was thinking too that we have it on Wednesday and on every other Saturday, play at a different store (tower and/or the source) Have like ranked matches.

Just a couple of suggestions. I think Bob would agree with me that we should leave Wednesdays for wm/h, so we should look at Sundays for sure and maybe another day for every other week. I have Mondays and Tuesdays wide open. I have seen most tournaments run between 1500 and 1750 points so perhaps a progression of 500-1000-1500 or 600-1125-1650 would be more appropriate. There is for example, a 1650 point mid-war tournament, at Tower on May 5. No the only choice is Hungarian Motor Infantry or Soviet Armor....hmm....

May 5th you say? WELL, I do know there is a Tiger list in MW, and I know there are hardly enough guns at 1650 that can reasonably hurt me in MW.....I guess I know what I'm already doing.

I just finished putting the flyer together, it reads that we would be doing the league every sunday on June 3rd to August 26th from 12:00pm-6:00pm at Legion Games and every other sunday at Tower and The source. Also attaching the link for more info, etc. etc.

Alright so it looks like a 1000-1325-1650 point progression, please correct me if I'm wrong. Are we going to start the third or the 10th? The Soviets are ready either way. If anyone would like to get another game in before we start any official league games I am up for it.

the points are not going to change so yes you are correct. We will be starting the league on the 3rd, I will have the scenarios printed up and ready to go by then.
