straight up stealing basing ideas from the latest NQ

I really liked the basing done in the last NQ, so decided to try it out. After a decent amount of work with some litko bases, Dremel, and a bunch of super glue I've got some runeshapers flying around on magic rocks. Guess I'm going to have to play pdoomy's tier list now...
